EU Level one Twinks - The Rebirth

Hello my fellow twinks, my name is Emil but goes by Dukon in the twink community. It is with my biggest pleasure to announce the rebirth of Level one Twinks. Yes I know I already made a post long time ago, where I tried the exact same as this time. The thing is we still start immediately now. And last time I had some real life issues, but not anymore. But enough of me lets get into what this post is really about.


Okay first lets get the main information out in the start of the post:


Server: Dunemaul Horde EU

Guild: Level one Twinks


Okay that was where our guild is located, now lets get into help/funding.


Okay we will help people get their enchants, and if u need 500g for looms for example we will give you that. Also if you show commitment we will help you get Arena Grand Master. Yes we will help you too get it for free, but before we help you with AGM, u need to show commitment and willingness to help with the rebirth of the bracket. We also will help you get the Furbolg Medicine Pouch.


Now lets get to a new topic which is events, because events is the main focus of this, without events it will die out again.


Okay we will have PvE/PvP events, those 2 are our main focus. Okay lets talk about the PvP events first.


We will have dueling tournaments with gold prizes, Free for All in the Grubashi Arena, And Free for All in nagrand arena in outland. Those are a few of the PvP events we are currently working on. Now a little more information about the dueling tournaments.


Okay we all know level 1s 1v1 is just elemental force now am I right ? So there will be some events where elemental force is not allowed, and some were it is. I will make a specific post for when it is time for the PvP events. We need more members before it will be fun. And it requires a post for itself. And in that post I will go into details but we need some more members first.


Now PvE events, we all know that we can not bring the golden days of this bracket back, with so much that has been removed, including hit rating, and throw for rogues. And a lot more, but we will not surrender in our aim for killing high elites and rares again! We don`t really have rares found yet or elites, but when we start getting members all the events will be starting to form and take place. But our main goal first is to get members back! And help em get their gear on and shit. I know this is a little short post, but I made it just to make sure that people knew that we WILL NEVER DIE! We may be beaten we may be nerfed but we will never lose our hope!

I don't know what the purpose of this would be, blizzard completely ruined all hope there was at remaining a level one twink.

I recently logged onto on of my OG characters that have been level one twinked since the dawn of time, I was almost disgusted at how much it has changed, I can't do anything on him anymore. They removed the ability to even collect fishing from level ones. (there's literally no reason to do that.)

The only class that will ever be viable is hunter, and with the stat scaling now even hunters will be bad, I love the idea of them making a come back but with Blizard's agenda it will not happen now or probably anytime soon. Thanks for sending a new poser down memory lane @Dukon

Yes blizzard certain have a agenda for twinks, Level Ones have been nerfed each expansion ther ever has been. What is next lvl 1s without spells ? lol. But i have to agree with, DeLindsay on it. It is true that Level Ones, aint on what they used to in woltK, and cata. But if the events are made correctly as im workin on, i think it can be fun to some degree.

@Feelings I agree 100% that Blizzard unnecessarily Nerfs "Fun" in WoW on a regular basis but I can't agree with really anything else you wrote. While Hunter is probably the best LvL 1 due to the Pet not missing nearly as much as the Hunters Shots do, or any other Class does, I've seen LvL 1's taking out Elites in the 60's and 70's since Legion, that's pretty damn viable in my book.

Also, Paladins are quite viable as "Heal-Tanks" which has been discussed at length HERE.

Indeed hunters lead the way. Our little group of 7 hunters we had for a bit there about a month ago fell apart. But we were making a lot of headway quick. At first I allowed all classes until we realized if we want to get anything done we need to ALL roll hunters. Threat is kinda weird now. Our rogues were doing 400 dpm or dps not sure and hunts doing like 1200. But yet rogues still sometimes got threat. You might think this is a good thing but it wasn't. They immediately got one shotted and therefore in my books arnt viable. With that said, I'd recommend making it mandatory for everyone to roll hunt. Everyone with scope enchant is just too OP. Just a suggestion from what we found. If you get a group of 5 hunts or more, you might want to consider going straight for 50+ rare spawns or a BC lvl 60 mob. You'll find that even 40-45 rares are elementary. Not that you waste a night with ur guild just to find out it's too easy.

The reason a Rogue (or any other LvL 1) performs worse on a very high Level NPC is due to the way a Hunter Pet works. For some odd reason the Hunter Pets (or at least some of them) don't have the same Hit chance, or more specifically Miss chance, as the Character itself does. As an example my 10 Hunter can 1-shot LvL ~35 NPC's with Kill Command but most of the Hunter Abilities including Auto Shot miss constantly and when they hit it's for meh dmg.

Why you'd want a Rogue with you is Dual Wield and Utility Enchants like Icy Chill, Deathfrost, etc. This is especially true against VERY high Level and dangerous NPC's, the likes of Fel Reaver in HP. You've got to use anything you can to reduce the incoming damage, or slow the NPC for better kiting, etc.

The slow effect enchant was considered however we never got a chance to test. When ur dealing with those high of mobs though, as you said the hit chance is stupid low. Would they even be able to hit to actually proc the enchant?

Correct, the Weapon Enchants are still bound to the Miss chance of the Character so it's not great. However, ANY advantage helps when you're fighting an enemy that should squash you like a bug under normal conditions.

If you have say 10 hunters who can kite for up to 15+ seconds especially if worgen, the graveyard could halfway across the map and you would still have many people up. It would be like boss kills a guy, he starts his 2 minute walk back, 15 seconds later someone else dies, and so on and so forth, by the time your down to 2-3 people alive, that first guy is already coming back, and you get a constant flow of people rezzing.
 
I'm thinking of rolling a rogue/huntard here since I'm bored most of the time and rolling a 1 is fast and easy other than agm/pouch/squealer's or whatever swag items you may want... I've got every heirloom and I can enchant them myself if need so all I'd really need is a little bit of gold for bags, first aid & cooking and a guild invite and herbalists gloves and enchants on non-boa items tbh

ofc you are welcome :) we pretty much got everything you would need. AGM/Pouch shouldn't be an problem as well ;)
