They changed that as well, don't think there is any PvP power or resilience left except for on disabled set bonuses(however not fully sure didn't do an indepth check after they disabled both of them before they removed it).

I wondered the same, and checked a grandfathered PvP Power cloak enchant I had on a level 10 on live. Sure enough, it's +mainstat now.

My old LvL 10 Hunter Twink on Beta. This is what I've managed to so far. 95% of the Gear is from the Shat Vendor G'eras. It's iLvL 27/28. The 2nd Ring/Trinket are from the Legion starting Questline The Legion Returns. Those Gems are Shattered Eye of Zul. I haven't found any better yet. Part of the problem with Beta is a Recipe/Vendor says one thing, then the moment it's in your Level 10's bags it changes to a much lower value.
I'm trying to get into Dungeon runs for the triple Socketed gear but literally everyone is just doing +10's and nothing else. Most of the Armor Kits don't actually work at 10, even though they say Level 5 on a LW's Profession, they change to Level 35+ once in a 10's bags. That may actually be a bug, because the values are very low like Magister's Armor Kit is only +2 or +3 at 10, which is in line with other Enchants/Gems and it is listed as Level 5 on my LW, but changes to Level 35 iirc once in his bags.
I have Titanstrike (iLvL 20) also but it's inferior to the Vendor weapon from the Lodge (for now). I'm working on Frostfire Ridge quests to see if I can upgrade the Garrison to Level 3. I should mention, those stats are 100% unbuffed

Got lucky and Gruuk's Evil Eye upgraded to Epic! My Crit is at 33% without the proc, it adds exactly 10% more for 43% Crit and it procs constantly. I'm seeing Crits of ~228 Arcane Shot and ~184 Kill Command with this gear.

As far as I can tell so far in Beta, there is literally no way possible to get Gear with as high Stats as that Russian dude has without exploits. I have almost full Epic gear iLvL ~29 with insane stats and mine aren't even a fraction of his stats.

Because stop putting to much information in public forum or it will be fixed before the PTR goes live, so delete your fucking screen and stop talking everytime about high ilvl available to 10.

Because people think theyre the only ones who have this figured out and that you're somehow giving away trade secrets. Leave it up if you like. I've already filed bug reports about it on the PTR. These people are paranoid.

Discord or in game is fine. The real problem especially is the idiots who sit in goldshire and flex with it, dueling high levels and such.

There are so many broken op things on the ptr, I would be kinda surprised if some of it didn't go live.

Level 3 required the level cap in Draenor, so don’t expect to get it on a level 10 now, it will be whatever the Draenor cap is.
