I know lol, I was one of the first to realise it/post about it.

As @DeLindsay stated my guide is also for world pvp and pve.

Also, the fact that 10s now scale to 19 does not mean that 10s have been nerfed. My 10 outlaw rogue critted 1k (pre-scaling) run through's with 5 combo points and now crits 1.3k (post-scaling). So yeah, 10s are still relevant.

BG Gear - When you win a BG (battleground) you will be rewarded with a Crate of Battlefield Goods (you must currently be in a group with a level 15+ and queue for a random BG in order to be rewarded with this).

Do I still need to be in a group with a level 15+?

A LvL 10 can achieve over 200% with full PvP Crate Gear plus Enchants.

when I enter a rbg with a mage, my haste goes way down to scale (lvl 10) something like 7.2% whats goin on here?

Best leveling spot horde 1-10 is in Mulgore, west side Bael something digsite.
