How is it even possible to get engi at lvl1? Isn't the gathering proffs/secondary the only avalible?

in 4.0 during the shattering event, it was possible for about 2 weeks to pick up eng and tailoring. It was the devs mistake and fixed, but those who still had it were allowed to keep it. You can't create any of the recipes or even view the profession tab, but you can still use any appropriate level eng items

Added....there a few world events achies the list is missing but I will add them as they come around. Doing this on purpose as an excuse to bump this occasionaly lol.
