You cant anymore. It (along with some other items) had no level requirement when legion released

This neck piece shouldn't reward any stats because it has an item level on it now? Just like any other item in the past that has had an item level slapped onto it, it remains equipped but rewards zero stats?

AFAIK it doesn't in world pvp, duels, etc. but in BGs it does affect item level, therefor stats

Idk. I had both of the maces and it didn’t affect my rogue in bgs when he was item level 134. It was same damg as item level 43. However ganking level 60s in out land was priceless

I mean theres breakpoints (ie. 33>34 might not increase damage but 33>37 would) but i would assume there would be one in there from 43 to 134 lol

Yeah I believe this is correct. At least it was before I stopped playing. Doubt they “unfixed” it.
