    [Last updated Patch 6.2.4]

    Foreword
I'll be the first one to admit, with the introduction of account-wide achievements, reputation grinding and achievement farming became less interesting on our twink toons. Regardless, some of us do still enjoying racking up a large number of exalted reputations even if they do not offer us any tangible reward. This guide is for you.

    WOD Reputations

There are 8 reputations which can be obtained in WOD. All of them can be obtained by any level.

I'm not going to beat around the bush on this one; it's going to cost you. The only way to get all reputations to exalted is to use Medallion of the Legion. To get from neutral to 999/1000 exalted, it takes 45 medallions. They go for between 4,000 - 6,000 so I suggest not using them until you can get some kind of reputation bonus like Darkmoon Faire or Seasonal reputation buffs.

    MOP Reputations

Golden Lotus - Shado-Pan - The August Celestials - The Klaxxi

These reputations are arguably the easiest MOP reputations to get to exalted. A small disclaimer is, however, that you're going to need a level 90+ on your account which is on the same server as your twink as this involves mailing BoA items.

Golden Lotus is the only rep which you can get all by yourself by killing mobs in Vale of the Eternal Blossoms. If you're under 70, however, you're going to need help from a friend.

In order to get reputation with all 4, you need to kill Zandalari Warbringers and Warscouts. These are rares which have 5 different spawn points in Pandaria. They drop commendations corresponding to each faction. A Stolen Klaxxi Insignia will grant you 1000 rep with The Klaxxi, a Stolen Golden Lotus Insignia will grant you 1000 rep with Golden Lotus, and so on.

As aforementioned, the commendations are BoA. As such, mail them to your twink + use them= profit. If you have a main with revered for any of these factions, I recommend buying the 100% increase rep, but it's not required.

    The Black Prince

Yes, you can actually get rep with The Black Prince in WoD, even as a low level.

The only way to gain reputation with The Black Prince is to kill the Celestial world boss(es). You get 500 reputation for your first kill of the week. Subsequent kills will grant you neither rep nor loot.

Battle Standard of Coordination will not work here, since you're not technically killing the boss.

To get to the Timeless Isle, you can either be summoned, catch a ride with a high level friend, or run there with a water walking mount (or waterwalking potion/buff).

Players have reported getting reputation with The Black Prince (+500) from killing the rare spawns in Lion's Landing. But I have yet to confirm this.

    Emperor Shaohao

A boring, but relatively straight-forward, grind. Killing mobs in the Firewalker Ruins in Timeless Isle will grant you reputation all the way up to exalted.

You could, in theory, grind this out yourself as long as you're level 70 or higher; but I highly recommend getting a friend to kill things for you or joining a group that's farming the rep.

    Sunreaver Onslaught

Oh the grind, oh the grind.

This rep requires you to have a level 90+ character on your account (preferably many).

When doing dailies on the Isle of Thunder, you get 2x Sunreaver Bounty per day. This box has a chance of containing 1-3 Sunreaver Onslaught Insignia. As such, doing the dailies on multiple characters will speed up the process.

Do not use any of the Sunreaver Onslaught Insignia before you reach revered and have purchased the 100% increase rep on your main.

Once you reach exalted on your main, you will be able to buy Sunreaver Bounty (exalted) for 15 Elder Charm of Good Fortune, which also has a chance of containing 1-3 Sunreaver Onslaught Insignia. Since there now is a cap of 20 Elder Charm of Good Fortune, I highly suggest saving all the opened Sunreaver Bounty with remaining Elder Charm of Good Fortune before reaching exalted. This will allow you to buy a wave of boxes once reaching exalted, despite having the 20 Elder Charm of Good Fortune cap.

You can also get Key to the Palace of Lei Shen from these boxes which will allow you to run the Troves of the Thunder King scenario where you will get Tattered Historical Parchments that can be turned in for Sunreaver Onslaught Insignia (Yes, you can still run the scenario).

    Shado-Pan Assault

Yes, this is doable, but it is nearly impossible. It will most likely take you years to complete.

Sunreaver Bounty and Sunreaver Bounty (exalted) does have a chance of dropping Shado-Pan Assault Insignia. However, it's only a 0.2% drop rate, and you need approximately 420 of them for exalted. So it's going to take you a while.

It can also drop from Lei Shen's Burial Trove at the end of Troves of the Thunder King scenario, where is has a 10% drop rate.

    The Lorewalkers

Take 30-60 minutes to get revered with them on a main in order to buy the 100% rep increase, then have a friend take you around to all the different historical objects. There's no special tactic for twinks on this one. Check out a guide for more information if required.

Dominance Offensive - Order of the Cloud Serpent - The Anglers - The Tillers

Unless you're over level 15, these will not be obtainable. To get these reputations to exalted you have to have explored the faction, mark the faction for which you want to receive rep with in your reputation screen, then run a random dungeon. The reputation will only be granted once per week.

I highly highly recommend to have your desired reputation at revered with your main to get the 100% increased reputation. If you do, you'll get 600 rep each week; if not, you'll get 300 rep.

    Conclusion

Most of the reputations require a long and hard grind. Myself, I am nowhere near exalted on many of these reputations. One day, perhaps. I appreciate any feedback and please comment if there's any additional way of farming the reps that I missed.

Legion is right around the corner, so we'll have to see what happens to the reputations for us twinks. On the PTR, not much seems to have changed.

As of adding this comment in 7.3.5, most of the MOP reputations in this guide no longer applies, since you can simply buy commendations for them. The only ones that still apply are The Lorewalkers and Black Prince.
