Is this bannable?

Hi all, I want to get into twinking in Shadowlands. I thought you can pretty much twink only as a level 20 now since characters with XP off are in a separate queue..however, I saw a video where a guy could get into the leveling bracket BGs while his XP were turned off in 9.0.5 basically via inviting a character with XP turned off into the party, so this way I can get into any bracket with a twink. I tried it myself and it worked, however, this seems like it might be an exploit? Does anyone know more about this?

Short answer: maybe? do at your own risk. I haven't heard of anybody being banned for this method specifically, but people have been banned / suspended for similar methods in the past.

A lot of people here are for it, and a lot of other people here are against it and believe it is an exploit. Bit of a touchy subject around here.

They can ban you for pretty much any reason or lack there of, according to TOU. While I would say what you are describing is unlikely to get you banned, it's certainly possible.

You should do it and you should tell all your friends to do it and they should tell their friends and so on. Get just whole damn ass parties out there running debuff exploiting groups 24/7. The more obnoxious you are, the more likely its reported and the more likely its fixed.

the chances of you getting banned for doing this is slim unless your running a 5 man premade daily and get enough reports piled up to flag you

I don’t know why you would even consider it, 20 and 50 are both great options for twinkling, and of course end game into any bracket via party sync, no shady or scummy method needed.

Because @Rochefort lives a sad miserable life. His father left him when he was 7 years old, his mother killed herself soon thereafter. His brother was left to take care of but he wasnt much older. They ended up living on the streets. Then they got arrested stealing food and they were separated and sent into foster care. He got a more stabile enviroment and access to the internet but the dad takes to fists when words don't do the trick. Sure he can hide the bruises but he wants revenge on society. So he wants to play 29s. Because thats what sad people do.
