Is playing as a Hunter bad? (and some other questions)

The best hunters are like the best rogues: unsung heroes who do their job and go home satisfied that they had a good bout. And don't even look at the scoreboard except to see which side won. My second main is a hunter, and I prefer to be on FC escort and defense, or EFC recovery/healer stopper.

Here's a touch of irony: The bad hunters, that give the class a bad reputation, don't care what everyone else thinks of them. But the best hunters--the ones that do their job objectively and make the team effective--don't care what everyone else thinks either. If you can be useful and effective in a class with a bad reputation, you'll have to withstand the jeers from the people who only see your class, and not your individual performance, and be secure in the knowledge that you aren't a "baddie" whatever someone else may say.

wise words.....

Hey everyone. Just wanted to mention that I have made a Goblin Shaman on Blackwing Lair. I've never played a Goblin before and never knew how much fun that rocket jump is! I've used it to escape melee in combination with t-storm (knock them back, then rocket jump the opposite direction) and it's been a lifesaver. I've even used it in AB to jump toward a group of enemies at the LM and t-storm them off (hilarious). Hopefully I'll hit 20 before the CTA ends and get some heirlooms.

If it matters to anyone on the same server, I have 2-player and 3-player mounts to use whenever. Of course, I need to hit 20 first to use them, lol.

That sounds more like something that'd happen to a "hunt faceroller", not a good hunter! :D

In my defense it's mainly just when I'm FCing and pick some random target in mid for her to chase to get in combat for disengage then once I'm in the fr and pet followed the person to who knows where and the rogue opens on me I'm screwed.. I do get some kicks out of AB though trying to go from farm to st or visa versa while keeping my pet across the map
