Is playing as a Hunter bad? (and some other questions)

Bad things tend to happen to ppl who play hunters.........

haha assuming "Classes" (in your sig) are in red color, you are not tru warior.
#love .

The screenshot was taken on a different class maybe?

Its very difficult to not be seen as the cancer of the f2p (along with prot palas). as "good hunters" should have focus scatter/focusing EFC every game. not skeying mid/gy camping like 99% of hunters do. I.E (again like prot palas) do nothing and win.

As ive said many times on this forum, Topping dps/healing charts doesnt mean your good, a player should be judged on flag caps or returns. quite funny yesterday when a spanish rager said something like "lol all spanish guys topping dmg" as if rolling FotM and topping dmg is in anyway claiming to be "good".

but yeah the stereotypical view of hunters (prot paladins) is that your bad by default and it hard to get rid of sigma from a single player basis.

Imma use this as sig, such wise words.

To OP, a word of advice, never forget to tell yourself "at least, i am not a prot paladin" after each time you insta gib some poor fella.

Again, hunters/druids/paladins have no "utility" in this bracket other than "being good at making pvp not fun". i play this game to have fun in my spare time. the two things are completely incompatible.

give me a break. Im not going to be mad at hunters and paladins trying to farm me/mid. That's their job.. Why should I be mad at someone actually understanding his class and his role in a simple 20-24 battleground?

I'd probably be more aggravated at the 20 p2p nerds who only post in the f2p forum, while having no f2ps and maining p2p monk/rogue and only going for EFCs for 1 shot cheap kills.

Telling someone how to play a hunter is equivalent to trying to teach someone to play WOW3 games after i put in my "greedisgood 9999999" infinite gold codes or telling me how to play my FPS games while i'm wallhacking/mapchacking.

the fuck are you pulling this info from? are you claiming that i am pissed off cause of prots/hunter when i play my monk/rogue and thus i comment on the subject?

im expressing my opinion on hunters/prots and why are you taking this a personal attack on you?

I expressed my own opinion on hunters and 20/24s alongside with it

Also, 20-24 section is over there

The best hunters are like the best rogues: unsung heroes who do their job and go home satisfied that they had a good bout. And don't even look at the scoreboard except to see which side won. My second main is a hunter, and I prefer to be on FC escort and defense, or EFC recovery/healer stopper.

Here's a touch of irony: The bad hunters, that give the class a bad reputation, don't care what everyone else thinks of them. But the best hunters--the ones that do their job objectively and make the team effective--don't care what everyone else thinks either. If you can be useful and effective in a class with a bad reputation, you'll have to withstand the jeers from the people who only see your class, and not your individual performance, and be secure in the knowledge that you aren't a "baddie" whatever someone else may say.

i cant post in f2p section cause you believe ive never play f2p?

shouldnt matter if a person has never play f2p and should be aloud to post here too. get off your high horse.

Logs onto hunter and shoots his high horse :)

I agree, I believe if you're good at something then you know your strengths and weaknesses and you don't go anywhere trying to defend yourself or gain recognition for your actions. A lot of people are so anxious to check that scoreboard so much that they sometimes forget what's truly important; not getting the most Kb's or Hk's, but just doing your job the best way you can. It is human nature to want justification and recognition for your actions though, so it's not something that's really uncommon in this bracket.
