nigga came from nigger but theres clearly a difference in the two words. blacks dont call themselves niggers...and if theyre close enough to a white person to not care if they say nigga its one thing, but if you straight up said nigger its totally different
i do get a joy if someone says cracker because its not disparaging at all, absolutely nobody gives a shit...except maybe a member of the kkk/ab, who would get offended by anything a black said.

I do agree somewhat, if you use the word "nigga" in the same context as blacks use it then they won't notice but if you say it really bland (Whitish I guess you can say) then they call you racists
