Well, i'll stay away from the whole Duel-wield Vs 2h hander thing, but..
It's a bit comp-dependant, and personal preference, but both specs can function just fine in the arena,
Frost has peels, more control, ability to duke-out damage at semi-long range, a fantastic self-heal, and rather explosive burst, and a few other shinies, like hungering cold. Whereas blood has Survivability, cooldowns, reduced cooldown on strangulate, rather high armor, and can dish out stupidly strong death strikes.
i've played all three, or four death knight spec's at 70, including both duel-wield and two-hander frost. I personally think you'd be best off with 2h Frost, or blood in most cases, just snag a good healer for 2s, and a healer + Dps for 3s. But hey, that's just me, find something you enjoy, and that works, and run with it.

Well only reason to do DW frost is for more procs on killing machine, but looks like I will have to go Frost with a healer and blood with a dps, I play all specs pretty good at 85 so hoping its not to much differnt at 70, thanks for the help

Aye, but limited access to specific weapons, ie; a strong 2-hander, Vs 2 weak 1-handers, can help determine a spec for a bracket.

Well, everything hurts quite a bit more in the 70s bracket. (Hello 8k ice lances and 7k ambushes), and lack of necrotic strike, aswell as dark 'sim, but the class is more or less the same. best of luck!

Yea, hahaha im hoping dk's are kinda op, although im guessing there not since my Rdruid gets owned by rogue's and mages and never by dk's, but I probly know how to play a dk better then them so, lets see
