Soldier Grips > Strength Grips

I have those in my bags, but i dont use them because i rather have the extra attack power, i allready have enough crit, and i find my health to be at a reasonable amount. Its just my preference.

Looks like you have been twinking for a long time not easy to get 38-39K Hks in that bracket. IMO BIS sets are so variable especially because most veteran twinks usually have all of the gear in their bag and then just decide what gear to use on the fly. I wanted to ask you why lvl 29 rets don't spec into The art of war for the last talent. Seems like that could be some very nice burst damage when it procs.

Looks like a great guide that could also apply to other brackets thanks for the link. I wasn't able to find discussion on the game changing burst for "the Art of War" or the static 2% damage increase and mana regen of the other 3rd tier talent point options. Also, are you suggesting long arm of the law is the best for PvP (if so I would probably agree) but other talents also seem for lack of a better word....viable.

Is Lifeblood-->hammer-->exo spam used in this bracket? if so you could really time some nice damage with a templars verdict --> art of war exo (@100% increased damage) --> lifeblood ---> hammer-->exospam?????

Crypto doesnt need a wimpy 7% chance to proc an Exorcism when he can 3 shot people. Long Arm of the Law is garbage until you fully talent it out. If a ret paladin is 15 feet away from his target he is doing something wrong. Plus you have glyphed Hammer of Justice. Pursuit of Justice + mount is all a paladin needs to stay on top of people, assuming you have skill. Communion flat out provides more consistent dps and utility than a random proc.

Now just bask in his radiance:

Cryptonìte @ Windrunner - Game - World of Warcraft

An a side note: Dwarven Crypto was 100% more fierce

Chasing flag carrier on foot - (example being shaman or druid in travel form or ghost wolf) they start to go out of range and you've used your stun :S You use Judgement..it procs and you catch up... Great! It doesnt proc = well meh, you mount up, go catch them.

Hunter disengages (disengage sends them 15yards back) you use judgement, bam.

Using it to move past people onto other opponents, very much like shadowstep speed boost.

I do know...50% only half chance to pop. Well for the amount of uses i can get out of the talent, i'm willing to deal with the fail rate.

BG's are mostly very situational, we all swap out gear, trinkets, use different consumables for different situations, this talent is of great benefit.

if your flayling around in midfield pounding person after person then i'm sure the 3% dmg would be wonderful but well, if your doing that...your doing it wrong i'm afraid.

For pve that talent is great but for pvp, it certaintly isnt game breaking by any means and that little bit of extra dmg i cant see making a determining effect on the outcome of the game.

All that being said, you stick to whatever you feel comfortable with. I feel better with my spec and find it benefits the way i play more....you prefer yours...whatever.... BUT by no means try to tell anyone that there is ONE spec because that dude is utter bollocks.

@ Grabco By healers, for bursting down and opponent exo spam is very useful but still you need be finishing a fight with it, not starting because it will maul your mana pool in seconds.

Rets do use exo.. (well i do anyway) when i'm out of options or being kited like a bitch but once again, its major mana heavy so beware when you use it.

But yeah, the combo you mentioned does work and is deadly. However to get the chance to stand there and do that without someone either stunning, silencing or ccing you would be rare.

Please btw if you have any input on the guide...do say so as I'll hapilly had it in.

First of all, Communion, is 5% for paladins, and I do prefer it over a 50% chance to move 45% faster for 4 seconds. I find it a lot more useful in the way that I play and for my particular playstyle. Plus anyone near me that gets my aura's will get a 3% dmg buff which will help us take down the flag carrier, which is a lot more useful than a proc that you have to pray for to catch up, when someone that could be wailing on the FC could be using that 3% dmg increase to good use. Like i said, its a preference. As for Exorcism goes, yes rets use it, but not enough to specc into The Art of War, 7% isnt worth it, well in my opinion that is. I have Herbalism so I have lifeblood, so if a hunter or somebody is running away from me or sprints or disengages i pop it and spam it and they die. But if you feel like you should specc into AOT then feel free to, everything is a preference.
