Hey there!

I am currently considering coming back to F2P, or perhaps make a lvl 20 character. I usually play on Hakkar, Crushridge and other really low population realms, and, despite the fact that we have the cross realm stuff now, I would like to know if there's a server with some F2P players.

Across 2012-2015 I used to play in Goldrinn (brazilian server), and there were a lot of F2P, but, since then, I didn't have any luck in EU servers.

So, do you guys know any good server?

I have a lot of alts on Argent Dawn, don't know about twink communities but very high population so if one subscribes from time to time was easy to buy affordable stuff from ah, although I guess now that isn't as important...
Haven't seen many 20s guilds out there, as in theory have "communities" I guess?Although seems no one uses them, at least in EU realms...

If you could have all the perks of 10s while also being 11, I expect more people would do just that. 10s nowadays tend to be kings unless there's something very specific (e.g: Titan's Grip) you're aiming for at a higher level.

Having said that, you're right that a character below about 25% into their level will have an easier time than a character above that line. The upshot being to aim to get back and freeze your XP as soon as possible after you ding. Ideally doing really basic stuff in SW/Org or just outside so you have fewer opportunities to gain XP after you gain your level.

It's still available. Most WF gear isn't BiS anymore, though. They can still be farmed through WoD dungeons (slagmines, iron docks etc.) through warforge procs . The composite stats from socket TBC gear edge them out statwise this expansion.

In dragonflight, WF gear was BiS and it was a brutal grind. It took hundreds of runs to get full WF gear and even more to get sockets/tert stats. What you're looking at is probably someone who had their character at 11 through DF, did the grind and is still running with the old gear.

There's still a few things that are worth farming (Enforcer's Stun grenade, bracers with sockets/tert etc.) but it's not worth the time investment anymore. Socket gear is better in most cases and is a lot less time consuming.

(At least, that's how it was for 20's so I'm assuming the same is true for 10s/11s too)

All of us can get a little over ILVL 60 with Mechagon ILVL 80 rings and ILVL60 TW gear in all other slots.
Doing this though your speed wont be at 49%, and without sockets other stats will be lower than if you used ILVL 30 socketed gear.
Quick edit: Other than speed all of his other stats actually look pretty good in that gear that he has, but as its been pointed out if he ever logged in he will get hit with a big nerf.

This.

From what I've read for certain slots you're better off replacing the ilvl 60 gear with TBC/WotLK socketed gear and stacking +Str gems. But TW is perfectly fine.

There's also a Zangamarsh quest for an ilvl 25 3 socket helm (Saving the Sporeloks).

Weapon-wise, Baron Rivendaire's Sword from Strath TW plus any other ilvl 60 2H weapon is best.

With Mechagon rings you have a choice. You can go for the Extraordinary rings at ilvl 80. This is a LONG grind because they require 7 Galvanic Oscilators each and you typically can only get 1-3 per day and you will have to make a LOT of them to get socketed and/or +Speed versions. You need Revered Rustbolt to make these but that's not an issue because you'll get the rep just farming the GOs. Alternatively you can go for the slightly lower ilvl at 4 GOs each so you can make almos ttwice as many for a slight sacrifice in stats.

Turns out if you get knocked back by the treants then get rooted as you're flying up you'll end up levitating as long as you don't walk too far away. Nothing more here, just a silly thing.

today i took a fresh player and did the SL maw skip that puts you in oribos after i talked to a guard i went to the intro spot and that NPC had a new skip option if you have done the campaign.

i talked to tal-inara and selected the ? maldraxxas on the board, but got no quest, i went to the FP and was able to fly there, went in the necro keep, no quests or dailies inside, maybe rep locked or 50+ locked, i flew around and there were alot of quests, did a couple and was able to deposit anima at the keep

the inn keeper at oribos had a quest trading places that sends you into a basement below where two npcs give SL dungeon quests for rep tokens etc,

Are crits like this normal? first one ive seen since swapping to a str build lvl 11 war

I have a paid account and a F2P. Since they took away access to warband bank I want to subscribe for a month with the F2P toons. I had alot of banked exp before I found out and they all have exp turned off now. Will the banked exp automatic kick in if I subscribe? I don't want them past level 20. I find the fun in playing with the 20's alot less stress full then witht the 11 70's I have. I didnt get the new last exp for that reason. Has anyone have knowledge if this will happen or not? dont want to mess up my level 20's.
TIA Sporak
