Made this toon this past weekend. 548 quests, 8 epics from quests.

Over 1k quests , about 10 Epics , maybe 15 rar upgrades, and only usefull item i use in my curent gear is a rar glove upgrade :/ GG

Might be worth specifying how many upgrades you got from quests that actually had gear rewards. But anyway...
I've built a handful of twinks since the patch and done a bit of questing on others and found that, generally, I got 2-3 blue upgrades and 1 epic upgrade per full zone of quests. Most were completely useless.

I just did all the quests 1 month before 8.1.5. just to be cool and to have some "quests done" in my stats.

Rerolled a maghar warrior for an epic chest, did about 50 quests, obtained 3 epics, the first epic doesnt count because I rerolled specifically for it, but the other 2 are straight junk, no secondaries.
