EU+US Help me decide on 80s 85s or 89?

Hi all, just wondering how active this bracket is atm? and in what aspect? pvp / pvp / arena?

i have a couple of toons sitting since wotlk and prob wont level them up to 120, sooooo, might as well twink them. i amlooking for some suggestions on my following questions:

1. Whats the major difference between 80, 85 and 89s? and which is most active?
2. i already have an 80 pally from wotlk, 85 mage from cata & 81 shaman doing nothing, what would you suggestion be on these 3 toons?

89= the strongest. 85 and 80 are both tied into the 80-89 bracket so pvp 89 will always be the best. And to my knowledge outside of pvp there isn’t much of an 80 community. This is for US ofc no idea on Eu activity

I have an 85 boomy and there is a an 80-89 community with around 10-20 active people on every day! It's a grind for gear especially when you are going for legendaries but it's all worth it! It's a more balanced bracket so that's where skill can stand out but if you have bis gear it makes it even more fun! This is on US.

Keep the paladin 80 for Shadowmourne
Keep the mage 85 for tarecgosa
level the shaman to 89.

You could then determine which level suits you best.
