US [H] New to 59s

After the change to xp off/on ques I stopped playing my twinks since ques are non-existent and WGs are rare in those brackets. It seems like 59s have high activity for WGs and I want to join in. I’m currently leveling a mage on Bleeding Hollow (40 atm) and I’m looking for a guild and friends in the bracket.

Any help, tips, etc are greatly appreciated. Thanks!
