Kilda, I agree with Ghoul, you can have plenty of those on an F2P, so buying them shouldn't be an issue.
Somewhat on topic: I respect skilled players, people who try to make games as even and competitive as possible, etc. I still like plenty of people who don't bother. Some people are nice, the level of their character doesn't matter much. Most 24s that I was on good terms with got bored of 24s very soon and made 20s to compete with the majority of the bracket.
What I don't particularly like is people demanding my respect for anything. Respect usually happens without any negotiations. Respect that is demanded because it is "due" and actually given turns out to be obedience most often.
And to finish: I enjoy the balanced games the most, with diverse classes on both sides, and I don't like the feeling of being "carried". I don't dislike everyone who plays a 24, but I prefer getting a team without any. A close loss with only 20s feels better to me than a win with more 24s on my team than the opposition.
And certainly not everyone does motivate, but I've seen others do it and I have plenty of motivating words for any team I play with.
There's plenty of things you can do with macros:
Everyone is free to be more friendly and helpful to others. "You're never going to get everyone to do it!" has nothing to do with you individually choosing the way you want to act.

Meet a team full of people obviously new to the bracket?
Someone is asking about gear or not playing or geared to their full potential and you have no time to respond properly?

/bg Hiya, if you are new to WoW, you might not know that at level 20 your XP got locked. You are now in a twink bracket. That means a lot of people here (20-24) are very well geared. To compete you might want to gear up yourself!

/bg try to stall them and interrupt flag assaults as long as possible, to buy time for reinforcements and the ressurection timer
/bg always fight near the flag, so you can interrupt any assaults!
/bg press Shift + M for small zone map
