You need to finish 4 different quest lines that gives 280s before you start getting 295's(this is the last 3 quest lines). but you have to know which pieces you want. This is your only option now, since you finished the quests for Tirigarde and Durstvar, your 4 prerequisite quests are done. You can no longer get a 295 on those zones. You are left out with Stormsong Valley, which it will give you 2 295's when you complete the whole quest. The warcampaign (Where it will take you to Zandalar) will be your 3rd gear choice that will give you 295. Find out which set these quest gives you so you are not stuck without one. Also, there is another helm that you can obtain without having to do with these quest chains. It's the scroll quest that you get from opening treasure chest all over BFA continents.

Hey man, i appreciate the response. However, you realize I posted that question back in early September, when 110 twinking had literally JUST started?

yeah i did. i just joined xpoff yesterday and trying to find someone to reply on. i happen to start a 110 twink this week and i just figured that ilvl 300 gear out and this seemed to be the perfect thing to reply to since it's been in my head for a few days.

ive levelled two toons at lvl 110 - Pala and now in process of doing a BM hunter - im trying to twink and from what ive seen and done ive done 1 full area and a half of another and 2 instances with the quest for the end of areas- my azurite jumped to 295+5 ( so I did stormsong valley -main quest line and just the main quests in drustvar) after I di this I relogged and then all quest rewards and azurite gear drops in instances gave me 295+5 - hope that helps

Are you sure? That didn't used to happen until higher levels, tho it might have been changed. The azerite quest rewards bump up when there's only a few left, but dungeons and rares would never get to 300 at 110 (think it was like 119 for that).
