1) sit there and get mad (not sure if thats possible for you) at them or just go afk while staying in horde fr or tun roof
2) go in mid and try to convince people to go to ally room and leave mid
3) drop flag and let ally cap
4) walk slowly up to ally room and see how many hordes follow you

i love it when the mage with 599 HPs decides to grab the flag. then when they come to kill him, he blinks out of range of my heals and gets himself killed, which results in the the game deciding cap.
