This staff is pretty good I put crit at about .5 to .25 value versus Int and stam which have a weight of 1. Stam should probably have a weight of about .9 though.

16stats, secondary stat of 8 pretty legit and from a lowbie dungeon Id consider this just as BiS as Witching staff or Thurk's + Eerie latern.
