Hey guys. As I'm sure you noticed, I haven't been around at all for the past week or so. Some serious shit sprung up IRL and I've barely been on a computer at all, much less even been able to log into any Battle.net accounts. I'm posting here to let you guys know what's up.
First off, I do not want this project to die. I am absolutely going to try and keep this project moving forward, but for at least another week or so I will not have the means to play, as I don't even have normal internet access right now. Thelse, I would like to talk to you about co-managing the project if you are around. The project is too networked to me and due to my terrible absences it has been unable to move forward or budge without me. We need better leadership, particularly when I'm not available. There have been some glaring issues with the project, many of which are due to leadership gaps outside of the game that I cannot fully fill, at my own fault. I'm going to try and get people who can fill in these gaps, or find a way to micromanage them. This includes managing the Real ID list, the website more actively, and to some extent PR, streaming, and related. We gained too much momentum too quickly and hit a brick wall. This needs to be fixed outside of WoW before we jump back into progression.
Upon my return, I intend to jump back in at full force. I've been considering buying some advertising space for this project alone in a few places and might just go ahead with that. Doop has been working on the site last I checked (a week ago), and it's pretty much only missing content that I have but have not been able to fill in.
If you guys are still out there and want to make the project work, so do I. Sit tight, I'm taking care of some serious shit right now outside of video games that needs to be done before I can continue with anything. I don't want to let the <FIFTY> community down. The project is not dead unless everyone wants it to be.
Let me know if you're still with me.
