The only real challenge is getting enough hit to hit the bosses But as Mrcer said, most boss fights are not hard at all

Get Alchemy, Mana Enchantment to chest, learn Elixir of Draenic Wisdom, bring Elixir of Draenic Wisdom to raids

then stack Int->Haste->Crit->Spirit

With the mana enchantment to chest+Elixir of Draenic Wisdom(with mixology buff from alchemy), you shouldn't ever oom.

Also use the Price of Progress trinket.
Gnomish Power Goggles
BoA Shoulders with whatever enchantment you have available
BoA Cloak with Int
Int to Wrists
BoA Mace with Jade Spirit.
DawnSpire Cord for your belt.
18int ring
15int ring
Surefooted to boots
Your call on the Gloves you wanna use


Talents, Cenarion Ward will heal more.

and lastly, transfer to alliance
