Getting really close to BiS only need a few items.

At the moment (06-10-2021) I have: 10% Crit, 18% Haste, 16% Mastery and 30% Vers.

Need some enchants before I add but it looks good so far!

Haste for frost is not bad, you lose out on damage from verse. Was able to get my Frostbolt cast from 2.0 Cast to 1.2 Cast, Poly from 1.7 Cast to 1.1 Cast, and Blizzard from 2.0 to 1.3. Also something that I should mention Haste Stacking as frost mage benefits the cast speed of your water elemental's Waterbolt Cast as well.
