we try to keep the armory up to date, because returning twinks often use the armory as a reference on how to build toons. just muddies things up if we have to constantly explain to people that ilvl 44 brambles & ilvl 30-54 artifacts are no longer a thing, and that it's just armory display lag (based off logins).

its ok, If the strength proc was there would be awesome but just the stun, sumtimes i go 30-40sec and only get 1 proc, other times ive had 3 procs in 12 sec, only tested in pve and test dummies, no bgs yet.
that mog is fantastic
