@CigNus it hits 1.150k crit aimed shots, 1.6sec cast time, 7.6sec recharge, 1.15sec steady shots.
i get 3 steady shots off to “consecutive concussion” stun the enemy hunters before they can ever get an aimed shot at me. No other spec can spam a 4 second ranged stun every 5 seconds like this does
and yeah it uses gale force which still procs if its on those former 44/49/54ilvl weapons. During gale I can get down to .97 steady shots I believe
