Oh, no; that screenshot is from Stonetalon Mountains. There is a Flight Path at Cliffwalker Post that uses Rockets in stead of Wyverns. So it is not the http://www.wowhead.com/item=49286/x-51-nether-rocket-x-treme. And the http://www.wowhead.com/item=50250/big-love-rocket was available to pure Starter Edition players for 1 year, when the World Events weren't locked behind level 20, any level had the chance to loot the mount, but I only have 4 characters, so I didn't get lucky.
As far as Kalu'ak, they have a penguin pet for sale @ 12 gold, with Exalted Reputation discount it would be around 10g.

I kind of fell off of the fishing grind when I heard that a GM gave a F2P account gametime to claim his mailed-in prize. I know this isn't relevant to Margross, but it is relevant to me being lazy.

If you have patience the safest way would probably be to wait the 30 days until the mount gets deleted off your mailbox. I'm sure they'll add the mount to your collection if you just play stupid. ^^

That's actually a great suggestion. Seeing as how F2P accounts would never have access to the mailbox anyway.

Next things are the aszuna woman rep, dont remember the name, and the impus rep, in the broken shore. Both fishing with raids, so I should make them before bfa arrives to have more % to find people. All f2ps are invited.
PD2: I heard that for impus shirt, you need rep (but I think there is no rep neded, isnt?)
PD3: use the darkmoon rep benefits and the fast potion for fishing
