No. It popped fine atleast in mists even if queues were twice that of WSG.

Maybe i'm wrong but i remember almost half of games Maratian was getting flag and spamming moonfire in WSG. Oh and cursing Spanish players with worse English than mine. AB was very rare to me.

No, I farmed the crocs for a while, because their respawn rate is pretty fast, and than moved on to that one house with all the Dark Rangers where you have to go retrieve something quest-related. The Dark Rangers respawn really fast too. And BM Hunter cleans up mobs really nice.

I've done many transmog runs in years but never seen a Hulking Shield. Got full burnished, bandit, scouting and buccaneers set in this period

Because neither https://www.wowhead.com/item=54987/marshalling-point nor https://www.wowhead.com/item=55011/mace-of-the-blood-price are designated for hunters.
