Every x-pac there are those that twink just below the current level gate to max the benefits of the insane power boost that the new gear brings to the game. (Have you looked at the stats on the new gear?) Which is why I personally have 60, 70, 85, 99, 101, 110 twinks and I know I'm not the only one.
