All I see here is you having an issue with being able to refrain from language and insulting others and failing to fall in line. You have apparently 2 pages of warnings and infractions from the same occurrences (not all from me)

However, you were still banned for account sharing so you can argue infractions (which are warnings) all you want, I still don't see how I banned you for no reason. Was I watching you closely after painting a huge target on your back? You bet.

You're daft af, I was never once banned for account sharing. Barb (not very long ago) unveiled that he had used my TI account occasionally for posting. If Barb never opened his little mouth you wouldn't have had an argument/justification for getting myself banned from this site because you keep going back to the same thing.

THESE infractions that are literally days apart created the snowball effect of my account being banned. You giving me an infraction for my signature being too large was the tip of the iceberg to finish me off. But of course you could sit here for hours and argue differently because you're a stubborn little boy and will repeatedly jump back to "but account sharing" when it wasn't even disclosed to you at the time

Eh I was looking to be the most black and white moderator and the most predictable and enforce the CoC as it was written... If you do x you get y. Not if you do x you maybe will get a warning from one moderator but another moderator will give you elephant.

You realize moderators have a search function to view all Ips used to log into anyone's account right?

Barb had been proxied every time he logged onto my account, which masked his IP address. You have zero confirmation it was him. And who is to say it wasn't me logging in on random computers/devices on the go. mocha plz like I said u could sit here 4 hours on end then loop right back around

Lol he or someone else fucked up which is what tipped me off. I'll still check my old hard drive for that particular screen grab. Every time I caught an IP share I'd screen grab it and post it in staff chat ban reasoning thread lol, so it's probably in one of those threads too unless it happened before we started using the current thread.


Edit: I'm really trying to remember this shit but it was years ago. You had your IP matched to several people actually. I don't even think I took too close attention as to whom it was. All I needed to see was the shared IPs.

Edit2: If I'm not mistaken I believe I actually banned you initially for sharing IPs and then I unbanned you saying I was mistaken and then for a few weeks I just watched your IPs to see if any new ones popped up and then ding, got em again. If you check your inbox and go back I'm sure you can find a notice of me banning you for account sharing before you were given your signature issues.

I know you're correct in theorizing that others were under the impression that I was using the CoC for my personal crusade. However, I'm convinced I can prove that it was used to enforce the CoC to the dot and therein lies our scapegoat issue. People are entitled to whatever opinion they wish. They could spread a rumor that I'm secretly an onion if they want. However, I'm disproving the logic behind their argument in saying that any ban initiated by me was due to a severe offense done by the offender, and my actions were justified and supported with / by the CoC.

Everyone wanted Stubs unbanned after he posted Valencia's IRL pictures, bitched at staff, got a temp ban, then created a new account and circumvented his ban, was caught and then banned again. This is the occurrence that stemmed this revolution against censorship and it was started by stubs in a time when I wasn't even moderator. It's occurrence is what made Shane reach out to me to rejoin moderation after stepping down to enforce the CoC and I did exactly that.

If someone is using two accounts, they're gone whether they're my friend or not. The CoC clearly has always stated not to create multiple accounts, not to circumvent bans, not to allow anyone to use your account etc and I can prove that bans initiated by me were all against these offenses and by extension, therefore justified. Even after all of this, the ban appeals section was something I was extremely vocal about fixing as it was bugged before I took over moderator and didn't work.


TLDR People can believe whatever they want. However all of my bans to my knowledge are supported by hefty CoC breaches. If all of these people were banned for 0 reason, I would kick my own ass. However, they all created and operated multiple accounts, breached the CoC, earned warnings, infractions, temp bans, and then permanent bans and over a year ago EVERY ban was reversed and most of these people found themselves banned ONCE AGAIN in my absence away from moderating.

No you misread. I banned Yowza for matching IPs / account sharing. At the same time we had issues of someone using multiple other people's accounts so I unbanned Yowza again in attempt to bait the person whom was using other peoples accounts, then watched his IP (10 second check every few days) until that person used his account again which also lead to other users whom were sharing accounts.

Literally minutes after I was announced as mod 90% of you guys tried to reverse it. That was a really shitty way to be treated and even with that I still continued to give warnings and infractions and temp bans before permanent bans. You guys were too focused on pissing me off than anything.

few of the small things i got infractions for, and ALL my infractions i ever got was from Mocha

he even removed my stream thread after i got banned from TI and saying "Banned users should not gain any views from Twinkinfo"

Deleting my stream thread was a fucking sad move and showing that it was only removed beacuse of the hate you got against me, im fucking glad you dont have the powers of a moderator anymore, sadly the damage you did cannot be taken back...
