Current PTR Enchant Scaling

bliz doesn't give a f**k about twinks. id bet your lvl 10 lol 100% crit/haste twinks are the reason for the downscaling and I'm glad they are doing it

If blizzard didn't give a fuck about twinks, they wouldn't allow skirmishes for 15-19...
 
they care enough to reconsider something that levelers and twinks alike could enjoy. when they change /who you can say they kinda care

This tweet, what does it tell you? "Understand the requests", Nicozy specifically mentioned 19 twinks, and he finally opened us a bracket. So they do care, a little.

the 15-19 bracket consists to 90 % of lvlers. the requests from 19 twinks probably mattered but blizz honestly don't give a shit about twinking. anyone who has twinked over the years knows this

They probably mattered but doesn't care about twinks, okay.

They also buffed Shadowfang's droprate in 6.0, but I guess that's probably for the lvlers..

And they could have left it like that, because it is a twink weapon after all (the most valuable one).

I'm not saying they care alot about twinks, but they do recognize them and care a little. Behsten/Slahtz?
They never cared for twinks who played for rating, which is a good thing.

15-19 just like any bracket consists of lvlers, they allowed 15-19 to que skirmish because of twinks requests. But whatever.
 
Blizzard only cares about twinks when they are exploiting something that needs to be fixed. Outside of that, anything that twinks benefit from is the happy coincidence of something intended for everyone.
 
Blizzard has made some solid changes to twinking/leveling through PvP in this upcoming expansion.

Expanding brackets back to the old brackets - will increase activity.
Better scaling of enchants - will narrow the gap between under geared and BiS players. More emphasis on skill level and teamwork is always a good thing for competition.
Skirmishes coming back - twinking/leveling through PvP will be that much more fun/competitive.

Hopefully they improve scaling of enchants/gear to the point where they can put experience on/off players into the same pool for BGs/skirmishes.

Looking forward to playing during Christmas break.

Bad changes for the people who love to look at their impressive character stats and grandfathered items.

Great changes for the people who want to actually play the game.

Does blizzard ever fix anything? Reducing the amount of damaging stats and procs we can use is a step in the right direction though.

It's weird that 15 agility gives 5 agi at lvl 19, what level are we supposed to get 15 agi at then?
If anything, shouldn't all vanilla enchants have stayed the same, while all TBC, Wotlk, Cata & MoP enchants were nerfed? They were the problem, not vanilla chants.

Elemental Force & Mending for example haven't changed, and those make Fiery Weapon & Lifestealing obsolete, which is a shame.
