They never dropped, they're sold from a vendor in netherstorm.

really cause its a 12% crit increase and im critting for 1000s on ambush and 500 ss

I'm pretty sure that's lvl 100 only, unless the scrolls are account-wide?

If they are, that'd be awesome, I'd rock 15 agility again, everyday. But still.. Elemental Force procs etc need to be toned down.

How have you guys been? For me I was able to get quite a few drops within the first 10 runs but then my 11th-35th run or so has been nearly empty of blues :/
