Funny thing is Kancer kept posting gay porn as his signature a few years ago and I had given him 3 warnings followed by several infractions until I ended up banning him.
Funnier thing is that the whole time Pizza was telling him to stop or he'd get banned.
That's why Kancer hates me. Quite comical.
wait you can make a list to remove mods/admins? Im making a list to first get rid of fucking super, this dude can literally say and do whatever the fuck he wants. lets get rid of his fucking ass
Yeah man, i mean it won't accomplish anything.
it worked for mocha?
well im doing it anyways conq, don't worry you wont be on the list, but you best believe super, laurasia, and robo will be!
What? No it didn't, there was no "remove mocha thread". Just making things up to sound right doesn't get you anywhere.
I'm not going to read his 5 paragraphs but i'm going to take a wild guess, is it it basically blah blah blah I'm in the right about everything I did, blah blah blah I followed the CoC?
I love you too and I have nothing against you or anyone at all in this community.
You just have to understand that the job that I agreed to do was to enforce the CoC as it was written whether I agreed with it or not. Myrm took over and everyone has been so chill since I was gone this summer that when I came back things had slipped SO far to complete and utter disregard for the CoC by the posters AND THE STAFF alike. I had made several points about this in the staff section and didn't really see anything but agreement that they noticed too how things have gotten out of hand. I told the staff that I was going to enforce the CoC as it was written as I had believed that was still my job and if theres anyone whom feels otherwise about that then to bring it to me and I would simply not take any action whatsoever. It was me trying to adapt to the new leadership and I had not received any change in mission statement whatsoever so I simply kept going with what the duty always has been, to enforce the CoC as it was written.
The reason why I have always enforced the CoC as it was written because I didn't want anything like this to happen. I didn't want all of these grey areas to come up and leniency issues and lack of consistency. It has always been very clear what WILL get you banned and what WILL get you infractions. I stuck to the CoC pretty damn well and it was pretty clear what the former owner wanted the site to be rid of. I didn't want a huge cloud of gray areas because that WILL lead to lack of constancy AND biases. I had to ban some of my friends for breaking the CoC. Now if there were more grey areas in the past when this happened, it would have been very easy for me to argue against banning my friends and only ban those whom were not my friends.
I always wanted, and still do want complete consistency with the CoC and the moderators. If the staff doesn't respect the CoC by not taking it seriously, why in the fuck would the users of the site? Now I personally didn't agree with how strict the CoC was and the version that I had typed up in 2011 was VERY fitting for the community back in 2011 but it quickly became antiquated as the community changed and it had never been altered to be less strict in the more recent years. I was asked to clean the site of all CoC breaches by Shane and I had definitely done my job at doing that. The reason why I was asked to moderate and do so was because it's clear that I don't care how many people like me, if I'm given a task to police a website, I'm going to do that even if everyone thinks I'm a Nazi. You can't really disagree with the moderators for enforcing the CoC. It's their job. You CAN however completely disagree WITH the CoC and be proactive about the situation and bring it up to the staff in private messages requesting they review the CoC and alter it to be less strict to cater more towards the current atmosphere of the community. It's actually something I remember trying to talk to Shane about several times. In the past year, I just said fuck it and stopped taking the CoC seriously because people had stopped being problematic. You can ask Pizza about how chill I've been about the CoC in the past year.
Now when I came back after some time off to see the site COMPLETELY trashed with people telling each other to slit their wrists calling each other pussies and faggots etc, THAT became a problem because EVEN WHEN I stopped giving a fuck about the CoC and was extremely chill with the CoC, the policy had been that it's okay to curse, just not insulting someone. (For example, it's okay for me to say I didn't give a fuck about the CoC, but it's not okay for me to tell you that you're a fucking retard). That was the way the site was handling cursing and insulting up until I left for tour and upon returning I had noticed that staff stopped enforcing that barrier too.
I apologize for coming back and assuming that the staff was still looking to prevent people from cursing at each other and I had noticed no one was really doing anything about it so I told them that I would start taking the CoC more seriously and for someone to simply tell me otherwise and I would not proceed. I had actually created several staff section posts in attempt to get in contact with Myrm to see how he felt before I did anything and after hearing 0 responses for awhile, I kept handling reports and the issues were clear in the reports that someone needed to lay down the law and stop people from bashing others.
I had assumed that the policy had not changed and that it was a moderator's duty to adhere to the CoC so I went ahead with giving out two infractions of blatant CoC violations in attempt to prevent the trash talking from continuing. Wake up the next day after giving you an infraction (when the CoC says its a 2 week ban) and I read a PM that I'm being removed.
Just my side of MANY things that I believe have been taken in the wrong direction.
There was actually. It got deleted.
I've seen no deleted threads fitting that description, regardless, threads nor polls will not get a mod or admin removed.
well im doing it anyways conq, don't worry you wont be on the list, but you best believe super, laurasia, and robo will be!
It was like a year ago.
That is true. If Mocha and Shane were still here this wouldn't even make it to the second post. Mocha would say something like ''pm me directly, you are not allowed to talk about mods''.

And since then I haven't received any complaints whatsoever. Thanks for making it public that your problems with me are from the past and irrelevant for today.
No shit because the CoC blatantly said talking about any actions taken upon anyone's account by the TI staff is prohibited material and would result in a ban at a minimum.
And then you flip shit when you make that thread and get banned. How thick do you have to be to read blatant cause and effects and still wonder why you're receiving an effect for a direct cause that's listed...
Read my damn post.
