Also, you are not allowed to pick materials within someone elses garrison. Being ores from the mine, herbs from the garden etc. You can't do it, unless it's your own garrison. So yeah.

Edit: with the exception of fishing in the pond.

got my final piece from boxes for my hunter..
ilvl 42 and getting the chest gave me another +1 stam, i guess i pushed the ilvl over the 41.xx as Arkant mentioned earlier

An example of this is that i can get 42 ilvl which is where you get the stat difference, going from 41 to 42, however using a weapon with better speed as ret drops me down to ilvl 41 so its worth the extra damage to sacrifice the 1 stam.

Yes but isn't that because you as ret has abilities that rely on your weapon dmg?

If so I doubt it would be a problem for hunters since afaik none of their abilities rely on weapon dmg

My hunter was geared more or less like any other hunter in wod, I just switched my items when I felt like switching items which means I had all the nessesary items : )

All non-pvp items will scale up to ilvl 24 if they are below that ilvl. Including white/gray trash items as well as cosmetic items. As long as you have something in that slot (for gloves), it is BiS.

It appears that PvP items that are below ilvl 24 do NOT scale, though it needs more testing. I would avoid using the ilvl 23 WSG neck/ring/weapons as well as the green drops from the BG crate.

when i swapped from my ilvl 24 gloves -> ilvl 23 i lost 1 stamina
