I have found all the on proc weapons to not proc enough for me to want to use them. 59 rogue is a lot of fun its finally the full toolkit for rogues and you also have every ability you need to play Sub if you want. Sub was legit crazy until the recent nerf and I played the heck out of it knowing something had to give at some point.

Cloak of shadows is one of the most important abilities rogues have, and isnt unlocked until 80

Yeah rip that cloak used to be lvl 58 till recently. Oh well they stil get a lot! Even just from 51-59
