Best 2 professions?

I heard that inscription shoulder enchants only work if you have inscription as one of your primary 2 professions. I also heard that alchemy can be beneficial, and obviously engineering can be too.
Which profs would you all recommend for the 59 bracket? Especially for a healer

engieering and inscription if you need the shoulder enchant

300 alch gives the flask so can save you a good amount of resources in the long run not having to buy pots

Most classes are using BoA shoulders with a higher level enchant and the inscription alternative doesn't provide much more. However it does open you up to use whatever shoulders you want, adding some flexibility.

Engineering is simply a must for the trinkets and helm, and I personally love the healing injectors too.

If you have another alchemist who can supply flasks to your twink for every BG for all time, awesome, but there's not a really obvious second profession choice other than alchemy.

Very, very VERY*** slept on profession, but tailoring is right next to engineering in my eyes. Being able to root a target from what I believe is 35 yards away is just amazing for creating space to either freecast spells or close gaps. Nets are extremely cheap to make (you could prolly make 300 nets for 100 gold) & they are beyond useful. Not to mention you'll have access to bandages which are just as powerful for non-hybrid specs.

I run tailoring/Engineering on my warlock and the nets are just broken for landing them juicy chaos bolts on warriors or rogues

I agree, Tailoring is definitely underappreciated. I go through a lot of the nets on my priest. It does share a CD with consumable engineering bombs (but not the frag belt), which is something to keep in mind, but I'd still strongly recommend considering using them, especially if you play a class that has issues with mobility.
