I Don't see a Reason to have 3 Honorable Medallions Bound, Remove 2 and replace with Arcane Missiles.

What the others said. Anything other than missile spam is a waste of dps. Any spells you need to cast that isnt missiles should be done from the spell book or from the bag.
Alternatively, you could type /cast from the chat bar. Its alot faster and a well kept secret

For pugs, not really, since everything dies instantly anyways. Arcane Blast is still the highest dps if you are able to spam it, and manage your mana with a barrage every now and then, or drink during down time.
