eh, i actually didn't know soul harvest gave soul shards but thats not really the premise of my argument anyways. you're not going to get a double howl. you're pets going to die over and over again while we're sitting on you, not your pet. you're not going to get any resets w/o non dispellable cc anyways. you're going to get a lot of cool downs popped on you when your pet dies, ie shadow dance and shadow fiend. it's only a matter of time, seeing as how locks that don't stack resil don't do any damage.... i shudder to think how easily my pom will out heal your resil stacked toon...

nah, the point is the pet is going to take a lot of damage via soul link. the pet will most likely be on me(priest) since they probably don't want me mounting up and getting fears -> sap -> blind -> mc on the druid. pets going to die and locks going to get stunned any number of times during a long game. a gib is bound to happen sooner or later, or we're both going home with -12 in 47 minutes. thats the premise.

I'm teaching you about locks again, yet you try to counter me with a retarded attempt again. Allow me to teach you some more. If you still think my pets going to die over and over, you either didn't bother to read my last post, or you still don't get how locks work. Yes, damage taken by the lock gets transferred (25%) to the pet, but you seem to forget that everytime my Felpuppy uses Devour Magic (whether it actually devours or not), he heals himself and me for around 2k. Add to that what I stated previously, with a simple rejuv/health funnel, my pet is NEVER going to die by "sitting on me and not on my pet". In the event that my pet finally dies, that's in case you finally go nuke my pet instead of me, I've got 3 instant summons in my pocket or can just go cast a new summon/get new soul shards and I could nuke any of you down, or peel you of my pet. Also, if you think that a lock that stacks resi doesn't deal any damage, you're so wrong again... My chaos bolt still easily crits for over 6k and that goes through your CoS, not even gonna mention my Conflag and instant Incinerates every 8sec cause that's simply going to destroy you, while my pet slowly stabs you in the back and purges the PW:S&POM .

Maybe, but at 70 you can't rely on or execute strategies that work at 85 against the same comps.

True true, but any class has a viable setup, and u can always reroll if u rlly don't see it happening. 70 is different then 85, fewer high rated players, but we played some pretty damn high rated players(their mains). I would say the overall noob level is lower on 70, 70 locked bgs in 4.0.1 pre cata used to be a lot more quality then any bg on 85. Just to throw an example in
