Could anyone with 730+ ilvl enter a BG and take a printscreen so we can see the difference between healthpools? Ty in advance.

Also, still wondering since I basically have no time to play, are Vengeance DHs viable in BGs since they are untouchable in PvE?

I see no reason to Twink 98 instead of 99 other than the epeen of having an even lower Level Character that's OPAF in Legion Zones, and probably BG's.

The items from rares and quest rewards (minus the 800s) are 10-20 ilvls lower for a 98 compared to 99. With the world drop BoEs that shouldn't matter but I haven't seen any lvl 98 BoEs yet to see if they're lower ilvl than 99 ones. If they're the same then 98 will be the better level I guess.

@Stump So, although you don't have all your Artifact Traits unlocked nor any of the BoE World Epics, how do you find Mage at 99 to be with 733 iLvL (PvE/PvP)? So far with only 713 iLvL (only have 1 Pillar Quest done) my 99 DH completely owns PvE, but haven't had a chance to jump into BGs yet.

in dungeons im doing like 90k, averaging like 55% of the damage. The DH getting 200k is ridiculous, but i expect to jump in damage a whole lot once i finish 13 traits and manage to snag some BoEs

The only problem is its impossible to find 99 BoEs theres no way anybodys gonna find 98 ones that are meant for them. Especially when almost everybody is leveling from 100 currently.

My DH (when it was 733), had about 230k+ health in BGs, where as a leveler dps would have between 170k-190k

When you say "and probably bgs", is that a continuation of your epeen comment, or is having the 1 character level lower notable for scaling purposes in bgs? i.e. even though your ilvl is lower than 99, stats are higher due to lower char level.

thanks for finding this. I just have to decide if I want to ding my 98 to 99 now. I assume 99 epics will be somewhat easier to find on the AH, and for someone who will primarily be bging, I can't believe a 98s stats would end up being that much higher if at all with 10-20 lower ilvl than 99s.

Time for some numbers.

Estimated stats from gear of a level 99 havoc DH (with 760 artifact and all BoEs + WoD enchants):
5412 agi, 8681 stam, 4241 crit (44.65%), 2177 haste (25.32%), 2160 vers (19.29%/9.62%), 1174 mast (12.36%)

Estimated loss in stats for a level 98 due to BoEs:
77 agi, 147 stam, 110 crit, 24 haste, 76 vers

Estimated stats from gear of a level 98 DH (with 760 artifact and all BoEs + WoD enchants):
5335 agi, 8534 stam, 4131 crit (50.53%), 2153 haste (29.09%), 2084 vers (21.63%/10.79%), 1174 mast (14.36%)

So the final difference for lvl 98 vs 99 (not counting the increase in base stats) would be:
-77 agi, -147 stam, +5.88% crit, +3.77% haste, +2.34%/1.17% vers, +2% mast

Looks like from a PvE perspective it might be more beneficial to be 98 but good luck finding all the BoEs for that

Anyone seen a warforged lvl 99 dungeon drop yet? Or one that has a socket or tertiary stat?

Done 29 dungeons on my DK and a few on my DH and not seen any yet.
