I honestly don't see why they should seeing how niche the market is. Plus we already have 970 (inc 1000) legendaries for 101+.
But yeah, blizz makes no sense in logic and reasoning when it comes to these things. they'd patch it just because it says "create a soulbound relic".

I received a warforged Storm relic on my 110 Monk, not the 101 Version though . I Don't see why the 101s couldnt titanforge if this is a bug. Who knows, we'll see in a few days!
