No should be US too. When you buy a relic it has a chance to be any relic of that type. Only 1 relic of each type is BoE so it's going to pure RNG to get one!

Only going to be able to buy relics you can use on your 110 specs, will favour those of us with lots of 110s no doubt, but it's pure RNG to get the 1 BoE of each type

i hope these rare BoE drops are intended and there will be no fix.

I'd like to state, that clearly this is effecting the same Relics as the Uncommon Twink Relics (The Green 810s). I'm guessing this has something to do with the Relinquished vendor choosing ANY type of Relic and it's just bugged since they are all BoE. Most certainly expecting a Hotfix for this. Going with my anecdotal evidence, 910 Versions of all these Relics will be available, until fixed.

If anybody can prove me otherwise, please do so!
