80-89 80 Best in slot (PvE and PvP)

It is, I didn't make the PvP arms chardev, haven't finished it yet. :p

There isn't a lot of difference really though, since landslide is 600AP more, which is almost as good as the proc.

Yeah true true.

Feels a bit early to be changing chardevs for MoP. We don't know the full extent of the resilience changes nor which stats will be best for each class/spec after the talents overhaul.

Gotta agree here, MOP is still quite far and the changes are far from being fixed or determinated, they could possibly decide to work in a different direction than the currently planned one.

I'd say put some of the haste into mastery. I've been reading over some threads, and it seems that you're basically good with haste between ~13% and 26.5%, which you're well above. Haste will still benefit your focus regen, so I doubt it'd make much difference.

As to your chardev, I've made some changes. I'm only half sure if the 4pc bonus is worth it for MM, being that serpent sting isn't that high in the priority. But since it does use the spell, and there aren't really that much better alternatives, I'll keep it in. However, the gunship cape and the RS heroic ring are both better, due to increased agility. Also swapped the meta, as agi > crit (the requirements are bugged on chardev atm)

chardev 9

Added to the OP. Thanks for the help!

Can I just ask why you would skip using the 308 staff if you're going for some cata gear? Power torrent (not to mention the increase in stats) is really too good to ignore.
Edit: Added arms PvP set.

i get to much crit increase from offhand and sword and i didnt really do any more dps with the powertorrent.

Item Comparison Tool - World of Warcraft

1.48% crit is nice (especially for fire), but it's vs ~70 SP, 1.13% haste, 1.14% hit (your set isn't capped) plus power torrent, which is 500 int with ~25% uptime (125 int). Haste is about as useful for fire, because it suffers from long cast times and is largely dot-based.

So sorry, but I'm still not seeing it because of the above.

As for trinkets, I've simmed with both the sindragosa one and the Halion one, and given that the average SP is roughly the same, the sindragosa one comes out ahead because it has crit, and the proc has more synergy with combustion (bigger value of SP). The difference isn't that high, but I'd guess the halion one would be best given to warlocks or balance druids. Fire likes haste, but it likes crit too.
