At one point or another, I'd say so yes. These are mainly just gems they missed to nerf by hand. Same for the heroic drop gems. Some are +3 / +3, others aren't.

I.. Didn't think about that! I can still enchant my legs on my leatherworker because I learned the patterns before the prepatch. Maybe you're right! ... Uhm.. That'd really suck though :/ So there'd be two grandfathered versions, the old GF and the new GF, old having better stats.
Can you check for me if you can learn it at all, or should I level a new character in LW quickly for it?

Yeah I’m currently in the process of finishing the LWing (however it takes 2k Borean leather and on a low pop server that can be rough) but haven’t been able to get yet. It’s not available from trainer at least and in unlearned recipes there’s nothing. I opened a ticket regarding it and they said it’s not possible to get currently because it was learned at 575 (which was the rank 3 version). So I’m currently waiting for another response in regards to the rank1 version.

Well the lw reinforcements are not trained from a trainer they are discovered at once was around 405-415 lw. So this is good news , I really hope they didn’t get removed

Spinal healing injector heals 2953, plus has anyone discovered Grounded plasma shield that could tell me how much it absorbs? im about to skill up eng on my 70 but in a lazy mode atm.

Ill let you know if you can still get from discovering them when I finish LWing. At 60/75 so far and no recipe discovered. Blizz told me, "We in Customer Support actually don't know for sure, as we don't get specific information about profession skills like this and if they've been removed or consolidated or not. I'd recommend posting about this to the forums (Or to any twink community forums), to see if anyone in the community has any information regarding the lower rank versions of Primal Leg Reinforcements, and these changes after the prepatch hit." So guess I gotta get to 75 and make sure :/

Grounded plasma shield is no longer obtainable for level 70 twinks
. It’s roughly 2k shield and fails very rarely. My rogue is the only one who got it and god is it good for stealthys allowing for stealth with dots etc.

I did some testing on my 85
Has no internal cooldown, the proc can refresh like Landslide does. That would make it BiS for casters that like sp/int procs. However, do note that it does not increase Intellect or Spellpower, it directly adds 10% damage to your spells, which you are able to verify on the tooltip.
Considering that, I would really appreciate it if someone could try testing is there is damage increase on a spec like MW or Hpal, that use physical damage (Crusader Strike) that is modified by Intellect.

Pretty sure it won't, at least not for the physical damage one. Spell Power becomes Attack Power for them, making their abilities scale with Intellect but still do pure Physical Damage alone.
This didn't stop me from testing it though. Theory is theory, and WoW doesn't always follow the logical theories of whatever is written evidence.
Numbers were tested on a Holy Paladin, using Crusader Strike, Judgment and Avenging Light. Crusader Strike does Physical Damage, Judgment does Holy damage, Avenging Light is Fire damage based on healing done. This gives 3 different moments!
Results:
1) Crusader Strike is unaffected.
2) Judgment is affect (650/100*110=715. Numbers are exact.)
3) Avenging Light is unaffected. Damage boosts do not seem to work on it, meaning it's a direct healing to damage translation without recalculations inbetween.

This is very interesting. Yeah I tried the shadow reflector against sub rogues with gloomblade early legion and found the hard way it doesn’t work. But I do like the ideas of the new other enchants it’s just a shame the other ones have butt hole proc rates

Coastal Surge is amazing, not sure if someone has mentioned it yet. Regularly procs for 1k over 10 seconds, 200 per 2 seconds. Ends up doing 7-10% of overall healing in BGs.
