"Does Spinal Healing Injector share CD with BoA neck/endless healing potion?

I only have the BC injector and it puts all potions on a 1 min CD when used, but it doesn't share a CD with the BoA neck. I was surprised to find this out and solidifies the BoA neck as the go-to imo.

Unrelated - from what I've researched, discoverable Northrend Engineering recipes are bugged right now, but does anyone know if that's true for Leatherworking too? Trying to figure out how to get a hold of Nerubian Leg Armor but now I'm thinking that I will have to find a very old LW to get it done, because it probably can't be discovered currently. Can anyone confirm?

Update: Got a few of these made today, there were actually a couple LWs who messaged me, but can't comment on if they are currently discoverable.

Discovers are currently bugged. It's why it's adviceable for many to hold leveling their professions for just a while until it gets sorted. Unfortunately I can't tell when, but I'll always keep trying on every PTR build do know when it does get fixed.

They are both equal ingame, nevertheless. At least that's what I've been told by my horde friends. Either way, 5 crit outweighs 2 agi for me personally :p But yeah. No they're both 7 agi. I can confirm it's 7 on ally, and I have been told it's 7 on horde. I could have been lied to? tooltips are often wrong, though.

Just equiped the horde version of the gem. It only gives 5 agi.

It seems I can confirm semipros theory:

I just moved my rogue from alliance to horde (with the alliance gem socketed in my ring).

Of course it still could be a tooltip bug, and I'm not about to farm 10 more marks to confirm or deny that.
 
Gem scaling question: I got a Purified Tanzanite to drop in Heroic Blood Furnace a couple of days ago, and it provided 5 int and 4 vers. I'm in the middle of running Heroic Slave Pens, and another Purified Tanzanite drops, this time 3 int and 3 vers. The links above show different scaling, but not in proportion to what dropped for me.

Do epic gem drops randomly scale to different stats, or do certain heroic instances scale better than others?

Some dungeons scale gems differently to others. Not quite sure if there's a consistency onto why.

This probably has nothing to do with "scaling" (I wish people would stop using that word so liberally). A quick wowhead search would show you that there are several items of different item-ids that share the name 'purified tanzanite'. Which is a much more likely explanation to the difference you saw.

Yes, but my question was whether the drops vary randomly, or if it's per instance. Mousing over the links I made shows that they don't match up proportionally with the results I got.
 
how do you apply a leg enchant that is pandarian leatherworking on to your twinks legs? You are ofcourse only lvl 70 and pandaria leatherworking is first available at lvl 78. I would much prefer those 10 str + 5 crit more than 5 atp + 4 crit :O

only available to those who had leveled up professions using the old profession system to its maximum.
