Do they do less damage at 69? If not then I really can see no logic behind anyone saying a 60 twink is stronger.
Also you can get all those items at 59 so surely by that logic you'd just play a 59 twink :S

I think he's speaking bis for 60, not 69.
And me i'm not focus on "Get the more Strenght", i'm focussing on Crit even with enchant, some war are playing with full strenght, other are focus on Versa, Everybody has a different vision, in BG i even switch sometimes my Neck and 2 rings to +20 Crit/19Versa whitout Strenght

We never said that 60 is stronger than 69, it only depend your gameplay, if you're good or not, etc.
Yes if you do a 69 twink you will get " the best stat " but it will not make you better.
In this bracket most of people are 60, again its your choice, and in addition if you're in a Guild/Community with other 60 people and if they want to do some dungeons/vanilla raid, it will be stupid if you are 69 you don't think ?

And yeah, are u aware of that ur level do get 40 more stats in bgs due to that they scale to 69.
My strenhgt user has about 501 strenght inside bg without buffs

Will the current damage scaling in pvp have an impact?
I know there are some strange things happening to damage values dealt vs received... Not sure what kind of impact this has in instanced vs world pvp but I know there are discrepancies.
The 60 bracket has primarily been filled with level 60's. There is a larger community at level 60 compared to 69. I understand that twinks are designed to be the best of the bracket etc etc however brackets form and thrive on community.
This is the same for the 70, 80, 90, 101 and now 110 brackets.
Generally from my experience the extra gem slots and levels doesn't make as much of an impact in instanced pvp as you'd think. I have had 1v1 fights in bgs against 69 warriors and 69 paladins. It's basically the same as fighting a level 60 with a higher hp pool.

Itm lvl 67 socket items has about 3 strenght / agi/ int more than itm lvl 60ish... So u wont win much stats att 69, and THE socket wep from mana tombs are dogshit. Theres alot of better weps to choose.

My priest buffed (oil+flask+food+intellect) gets 800+ intellect at 69. I´m always first, and some times I can get 1kk heals in bgs.

I am on 25% crit (186 rating) right now. 4 empty gem sockets, will get about 6 more sockets on items I am still farming (one of them is that fkin staff of yours.

Coming from a 79s bracket, I frequently group with 70s I like, in addition to my 79 buddies. I don't get this X0 mentality of segregation. It's like an X9 apartheid up in here!

Agreed. Why do they have an arbitrary rule inside the "make your twink as strong as you can" ethos which ALL twinks share? It makes no sense. "Make your twink as strong as you can, but only at the lowest level of the bracket." What? If you have some sweet 60/70 grandfathered stuff and want to keep the character pristine then cool, but it's idiotic to marginalize other twinks for making a new toon in the most common/logical way.
Also interestingly it seems to stop after 70s. Nobody cares about 80 vs 89, as well they shouldn't.

I actualy love mentality of some 60s and 70s
. Some of them get salty as hell without reason. They just want us to play a game their way, otherwise they can get soo mad, its just funny .

I’m pushing 900+ AP with all procs unbuffed and getting 2 shirted by garbage people with no playstyle and a cuck trinket+wep proc. 60s is an absolute waste of time in BFA if you’re trying to actually play competitively. This is coming from a 60 war with a pvp title and every reason to still play my 60. The brackets a fucking cuck

I can imagine some kind of scaling for x0 levels to x9 in bgs, with scaled up gear... to make legendaries viable for example. Just compare https://www.wowhead.com/item=36517/iron-grip-shortsword with thunderfury... it is little bit sad. But as long as x9 is better, I am staying there.
