I'm sure a lot of you are aware of the recent merge, making games a little more challenging. How ever the merge has brought a terrible plague, long que times. I can't speak on bgs considering I don't play them, but arena ques are extremely long ( for the most part being 40 min plus). With this being said I'd like to look to host 20's wargames. Either it be 2v2,3v3, or even 5v5. I have no problem with a healer and dps wanting to wargame other 2's teams. Regardless of if the other team is double dps.

Rules are pretty simple, no Hunters, No Viking Helm, and No Green whelp armor, No Balefire Branch. Certain talents maybe? (Sudden death?). These for the most part, are open for discussion; expect for Hunters. If i missed any, or any one has a recommendation for a rule, Im happy to be all ears for it.

When to wargame? I'm thinking maybe Wednesday night's and weekends? Time's will be discussed, if this even takes off, or amounts to anything. I do know there are 20's wargaming quite actively in the US 20's Arena Discord server. There are also frequent wargames going on in certain guilds. TF having some, and Golden Twinkies pretty much wargaming daily. I am by no means trying to take away from any active groups who do wargame, I would just like to see more happen is all. Why not? They have a really strong tool kit and if they actually think instead of pressing buttons they can win with little to no struggle. Im all ears to your suggestion, just gimme some reasons.

Idk seems a bit heavy handed to completly ban a class, maybe make it so surv can only be played and it can only be played as a ranged spec idk. would still be a tier.

I understand what you mean, but the class is extremely strong while still in other specs. it still has a majority of its toolkit.

Understatement.

Anyone playing a SV hunter should be banned from the community entirely and permanently.

MM is still insanely broken and people should be embarrassed to queue up on it in any regularity.

Thats true enough which is why I suggested range only surv ( melee only bm anyone?) they still have the toolkit but the damage is a lot lower. Either way its no biggie to me I play spriest mostly.
 
No one cares, time for you tight arses to sub, or grow up and stop playing a 20 year old game (bet most are 30/40 year old at this point). Serves some right really, the glee some of you took when the xpoff/xpon separation was rolled out across higher brackets, well how does that medicine taste now.

At this point, its a bit more important that we be proactive about the community we want than worry about hurting hunters feefees

SD arms is pretty much just a coinflip, its not particularly fun to play into or play with. You just swing till you get a proc and then your opponent dies. Makes 2s a matter of proc rate. We've done just fine not playing SD warriors in 2s this whole xpac.

tastes pretty good actually. all you tourists are gone and F2P can go back to being what it was before you fotm goons found it and crowded out any of the joy and fun the bracket had.

Glee, watching some people who have have treated wow as a focal point for the past however many years slowly pick through any bits of scraps or happiness they can extract rather than moving onto pastures new.

I was playing in WoW's first year, I just happened to grow up alot sooner than you, and I treated it as a bit of fun on a empty Friday night rather than a way of life.
