First of all please ban ferals in arena.
And secondly, I agree that it should be active 19 twinks from the community that should do the commenting and preferably controling the PoV's. But completely turning down the offer from Gamers-League before even discussing the terms with them would be stupid. And frankly it would make place for speculations regarding the reasons causing you to turn down the offer; like if you personally would lose something by letting Gamers-League host the TC - like you losing subs/views on your stream, losing personal control over the TC. All not very honest or legit reasons.
Not trying to insinuate anything, just giving my 0.02$
I assure you, that has absolutely nothing with the reasoning behind why he doesn't want this change. People that know HB know that he isn't a selfish person at all and rarely even streams these days, he is just looking out for the interests and conservation of the Twink Cup image. That being said, in my personal opinion, both parties are a bit too hasty to rule in or rule out the gamer' league. They should be asked to host it, then a vote should be given to the community via poll, as it has been in the past, and from there the people should decide. We want this to go as smoothly as possible and to do that we need the ENTIRE communities cooperation, as well as predetermined key community leaders to step up and participate in the decision making process, because let's be honest here. The only ones that know what is going on are the people actually playing the bracket actively and constantly playing in competitive games to keep up with the current meta. That goes for wsg and arena. Myrm is a wonderful guy and practically revived the entire bracket twice and enabled it to thrive. That end game that we so desperately cling onto should be nourished and improved on constantly.
Thanks to Myrm, for putting all this together and making this bracket we all know and love, come back from the brink of death.
Thanks to Conq, for trying to improve and gear the bracket so we have a lot less of those undergeared pugs that we have all come to hate.
Thanks to HB and Nudge for working hard on the Spectating add-on and helping to make preparations and providing input/knowledge into the best way to go about streaming/spectating/commentating the TC.
Last but not least, thanks to the entire 19 community for donating/participating and providing much needed input/incite into the Tournament that we are all participating in. The people that truly make a difference.
