I've made my 110, gotten my azerite pieces and a couple of leggos, but still need the legs and antorus gear. I haven't done any islands, dungeon, or pvp yet - but I have been able to solo a few legion mythic dungeons. The wrists are great for self-sustain to solo stuff. I know some people have movespeed twinks to solo old content fast - so that also is an option with the legendary boots, some +speed items, and stat stacking.
