You acquire the rings by raising your reputation with Rustbolt Resistance to Revered and then buying the Blueprint: Extraordinary Adventurer Augment from the Quartermaster. The blueprint starts a quest-turn-in that allows you to craft Extraordinary Adventurer Augmentation (EAA). When you right-click and open the EAA you will either get a trinket (that has a lvl 50 requirement) or a ring that does NOT have a lvl requirement. So, there is a bit of RNG involved here. The rings can proc a socket as well as tertiary stats.

The bad news is that it takes quite a few mats to craft a single EAA. The good news is (1) that you can craft as many EAAs as you like provided you have the mats, and (2) that the mats can be famred 24/7 on Mechagon Island. Happy hunting and pray for some nice procs :)

Do we have to do it in current timeline or in BFA timeline?:)

I have done Mechagon daily quests with twinks in current timeline and in BC timeline, so I guess its safe to conclude that you can do the daily quests no matter what timeline your twink is currently in.

You must be able to trade so subbed. But yeah your lvl 10 must be in a party with whos killing and tradeing you the drop. You must be within some what of a close proximity of the kill/drop to be eligible for loot to be traded to you. Then someone higher level in your party can trade it to you. If your buddy helping you thats in your party is cross faction and they get the drop you 2 can walk in a normal dungeon together and you can trade the drop cross faction in there. Wowhead lies about who can loot the blackfang it appears to be that any high lvl toon can get it to drop class seems to not matter at all as far as I can tell. You can have a dungeon group size group cross faction try with you seems to drop fine with up to 5 people for everyone. But get 6+ cross faction size group so its a raid group and it seems to only let the faction that deals the killing blow loot. Every high level toon that kills the black fang or loots it only has 1 chance a day to loot the rare. I think it works like this with all the rares in tannan jungle.

I asked all my friends to help me. Then resorted to playing hey mister in trade chat for a while to get strangers to help. I think all of this is accurate if im wrong about something feel free to correct me. But yeah man good luck hope that helps.
