And. I started warrior lvl 10. Kinda interesting. Tg is lvl 14, so only 1x 2h. Meaning prot artifact with shield slam does more dps. Toughs?

I was actually discussing the potential of fury warr at 10 with @Chops the other day. He could probably say more than I can (caster player btw :LUL:.) You can get cudgel at 10, so I feel like there is a case to be made for a smf level 10 but it'd probably only be good for pvp.

Fury is compelling. You get Bloodthirst and dual wield. Rage generation is as good as its gonna get at 10 and you get some cool choices to like... stay in dual wield and generate rage, then maybe swap to shield and get a shield slam, slam dump with Bloodthirst as it comes up? Decent burst there I suppose.

I think since fury artis are unusable, your weapon choices are prot artis (as you mentioned) and cudgel + off-hand/sheild. I'm not real sure what the difference in stats/dmg is between an epic cudgel and artifacts but if I was making a brand new 10 warrior, I think I'd take the time to reroll for epic cudgel. You'll want to dual wield at least some times and its just gonna be the best chance for the best damage. It might also be true BIS with a socket shield from the dino dungeon.

Shield slam is so far 27% bonua on total dps when using prot artifact.
 
Update. I managed to do 200dps as fury war in dm on van. 10 pally i do 320. So we getting somewhere. Pally got gems, war not. Still shield slam is 20-30% dps boost
