So with these new bfa additions I'd like to point out one new mechanic that effects twinks: PvP talents! and I just wanted to let everyone know that at lvl 20, 40, 70, and 100 you get a PvP talent slot. (lvl 20 being the trinket slot and 40/70/100 being the PvP talent slots.) I'd like everyone...

Anyone know if these will be grandfathered in BfA ? I'm working on the assumption they will be, been buying "of Power" greens for my Horde monk, to make a glass cannon set. Might be an issue having enough stam to make it at all viable?

There is hope! See this blue "We're also planning on unlocking access to PvP talents at a much lower level than in Legion." My guess for how this will work is that you will be able to get the honor talents from level X. But the amount of honor you gain at the lowest level you can earn honor...
